Partners need an active monthly membership to accept bookings. The membership is purchased in the mobile app.
Razorpay may offer UPI, cards, netbanking and other supported methods at checkout. BondingKeyz does not store complete card or UPI credentials. A payment is applied only to the booking shown in the payment summary.
The final booking total depends on the chosen service, confirmed duration and applicable platform fee. GST is then added to the service amount and platform fee before payment. A partner or service may have a different current rate from the indicative starting rates above. The amount displayed in the final booking summary is the amount charged.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). No physical goods are sold or shipped.
After a successful payment, the customer receives an in-app payment status and booking reference. A pending payment does not confirm the booking until the payment gateway and BondingKeyz verify it.
If money is debited but the app does not show a successful payment, wait for the banking status to settle and contact support with the booking reference and gateway payment reference. Verified duplicate payments will be reversed or refunded to the original payment method, subject to bank processing times.
Refund eligibility depends on when the customer cancels and who initiated the cancellation. Read the complete Cancellation and Refund Policy before booking.
